POWERED BY NATURE
The San Luis Valley offers a near identical climate to what the cannabis plant has developed under for approximately 28 million years. This environment allows the plant to thrive without having to fight features not beneficial to its development such as humidity, heat and insect pressure.
Our plants live directly in native soil, just as nature intended. The natural biosphere eliminates the need for harmful pesticides and the additional cost of planting in containers.
Cannabis thrives in high-intensity sunlight. Cultivating at 8000' above sea-level provides our plants with the stimulation needed to maximize cannabinoid and terpene development.
The fresh Rocky Mountain air has a certain unmatched quality that nourishes every plant out in the field.
Mammoth Farms utilizes irrigation water that originates as pure Colorado snow. The San Luis Aquifer provides an ample supply of water at near distilled purity. We achieve zero-impact to the aquifer by replacing our use with surface water from the Rio Grande River.
Mammoth keeps all genetic development in-house allowing the advancement of our plant breeding while focusing on cultivars which thrive in a high alpine climate. We strive to enhance proper plant structure, flowering cycle duration, cannabinoid and terpene production and plant vigor.
20,000ft of GREENHOUSES
Our greenhouses allow us to hone our plant genetics before deploying cultivars for commercial production. This method furthers our low-impact and cost conscious farming. We firmly believe that cannabis belongs under the sun and anything else adds needless expense and an impact on the environment.
At Mammoth Farms we utilize methods proven on centuries-old farms around the world. Technology and machinery provide extreme efficiency and precision that equates to cost savings.
We cultivate, harvest and extract our cannabis in-house as we have the advanced technology and space to ensure all of these vital processes are compliantly completed by our team.
